Rosemary, a first shift IACV operator recognized an abnormal noise during her inspection of the IACV valve. Rosemary questioned this unusual noise and asked for an investigation by QC. Rosemary’s actions prevented bad product from being shipped to our customers. Aisan and TBDN visitors commented that Rosemary did a very good job following standardized work and then confirming the quality of each workstation.
