Timmy was nominated by one of his peers. Timmy, Third Shift Supervisor went beyond his normal job duties by initiating a energy saving kaizen. Timmy developed the idea after spending time at Aisan in Japan. His enthusiasm has spread throughout the plant and management supports this effort.
