Employee of the Month

Kathy was nominated by one of her peers. Kathy, an Operator/Inspector went beyond her normal job duties by observing and notifying a supervisor of her observation of some parts that had oil seals on them that did not belong there. The two parts were on a skid outside of Kathy’s work area and had already been inspected by another shift and were ready to ship. This observation saved FPI from shipping defective parts to Toyota.
