At FPI, we believe teamwork doesn’t stop at the factory floor- it extends onto the softball field! Our company softball team had some big swings this season, bringing employees together from different departments to share in some friendly competition and plenty of laughs. Whether it’s chasing fly balls, hitting home runs, or simply cheering from the dugout, the energy and spirit on every gameday reflected the same dedication and collaboration we see in our workplace every day!
Beyond the scoreboard, the FPI softball team is about building connections and creating lasting memories. Colleagues become teammates, teammates become friends, strengthening bonds that carry back into the office.
